âš™ Advanced Settings - Questionnaire Editing
After completing the initial integration setup, you can configure whether users are allowed to manually edit questionnaire responses when creating contracts from Salesforce.
Understanding the Setting:
Set to No (default): Users cannot modify questionnaire responses. The system automatically uses default values or mapped Salesforce field values configured during setup.
Set to Yes: Users can manually edit questionnaire responses before finalizing the contract, allowing them to override mapped values when needed.
To modify this setting:
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → CRM
Open the Salesforce card and select the relevant integration
Click Continue Configuring
Select the Salesforce object (e.g., Opportunity)
Click the kebab menu icon (⋮) next to the object → Configure
Open Advanced Settings
Set “Allow users to manually edit the questionnaire” to Yes or No based on your requirements
Click Save and Complete Configuration
Note: Only users with Admin permissions can modify this setting. If users report being unable to edit questionnaire responses during contract creation from Salesforce, verify this setting is configured appropriately for your workflow needs.
