Navigating SpotDraft on Your Mobile Device

Last updated: March 27, 2026

SpotDraft offers a mobile-optimized experience designed to help users perform essential, non-admin related contract tasks while on the go. Whether you're an approver, signatory, or a business team member, the mobile view provides quick access to your pending actions and contract information.

While the mobile experience is great for staying productive away from your desk, administrative functions and in-depth configurations are handled on the desktop version of SpotDraft.

This guide walks you through the core sections of SpotDraft's mobile interface and highlights what you can and cannot do on your mobile device, emphasizing the focus on day-to-day, non-admin operations.

Signing In

You can sign into SpotDraft on your mobile device using your registered email and password or through Single Sign-On (SSO). The mobile sign-in process is similar to the desktop experience and keeps you logged in for easy access.
