Frequently Asked Questions on VerifAI
What is VerifAI's Technology?
VerifAI uses a special type of AI called a Large Language Model (LLM) to understand your contracts. These models are like powerful language experts, trained on a massive amount of text data.
- VerifAI refines these LLMs for legal work, making them even better at understanding the nuances of contracts.
- When you use VerifAI, it analyzes your contract, figures out which parts are most relevant to your guidelines, and then uses the LLM to give you insights based on that specific context.
What Models Does VerifAI Use?
VerifAI can use different AI models, including:
- GPT-4 (primary): This is the most advanced model we use and is hosted securely on Microsoft Azure Enterprise.
- Other Models: We are also able to use GPT 4o, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Bison, ensuring we can adapt to the latest technology.
How Is My Data Used?
Your privacy is important to us! When you use VerifAI, it only accesses the document you have open in Microsoft Word.
- Your data is processed securely using Google's Firestore Database with GDPR compliance.
- We send some information from your document to the AI model (like GPT-4), but Microsoft does not use this data to train their models.
- We keep logs of activity for troubleshooting and support purposes.
- Your login credentials are stored securely on Google Firebase.
We are committed to protecting your data! We currently delete user data upon request, and we are introducing a feature that will allow you to erase your data yourself.
