Accessing Clickthrough Audits in SpotDraft

This article explains how to access and review Clickthrough Audits in SpotDraft. Clickthrough Audits capture important details about users who have agreed to the terms on your website through SpotDraft Clickthrough. These audits help you track and verify which users have accepted your Clickthrough Agreements.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to Clickthrough: In SpotDraft Repository, go to the “Clickthrough” View.

  2. Select Your Audit:
    • Click on an Audit: Locate the Clickthrough Audit you want to review. You can click on the audit directly from the Clickthrough Repository, or you can search for the specific audit you need.
    • View the Contract: Once you've selected your audit, click the "View Contract" button.

  3. Review Audit Details: The Clickthrough Audit will provide you with the following information:

    • Clickwrap ID: A unique identifier for the Clickthrough Agreement.
    • Clickwrap Name: The name of the Clickthrough Agreement.
    • Agreements: A list of the specific agreements contained within the Clickthrough Packet, such as your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
    • Versions: Clickthrough Agreements also display the specific versions right next to the Agreement. This helps you identify which version the user consented to, which is especially useful when you need to collect re-acceptance from users.
    • Status: Indicates whether the Clickthrough Agreement has been acknowledged by the user (Completed).
    • Signature Event: The date and time when the user acknowledged the Clickthrough Agreement.
    • User Identifier: Unique details about the user, which might include their email address, IP address, phone number, or other information depending on your Clickthrough configuration.
    • Additional Information:  Apart from Unique Identifier, you have the ability to pass additional information about the user through the Additional Information section for your Clickthrough.
