Comment Categories in Microsoft Word on SpotDraft

Here's how comments are structured in the new editor by SpotDraft

Unlike other editors out there, comments on SpotDraft are scoped into two levels:

Team - Team comments can be viewed only by your team or internal stakeholders.

External - External comments can be viewed by both counterparties and your teammates. These comments are meant to be used when discussing a term, clause, or any language changes in your current contract.

Categorizing comments into these two groups saves users time from revising comments and cleaning them up before sharing a contract with concerned stakeholders or counterparties.
