Get around SpotDraft faster than ever with the Quick Access shortcut!

What is Quick Access?

Quick Access is a handy keyboard shortcut that lets you quickly jump to actions and contracts directly from anywhere within SpotDraft.

How to Use Quick Access:

  1. Press the Shortcut: Press Command + K on a Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows or other operating systems.
  2. Start Typing: A search bar will appear. Start typing what you want to find or do.
  3. Choose from Suggestions: As you type, SpotDraft will suggest relevant actions, contracts, and other items. Click on your desired option.

Quick Access for Workspace-Level Actions:

From your repository, Quick Access lets you quickly:

  • Invite New Users: Invite new users to your workspace.
  • Create Templates: Create new template contracts.
  • Send for Signatures: Send contracts for e-signature or review.
  • Import Executed Contracts: Import contracts that have been signed.
  • Access Campaign/Express Contracts: Manage your Campaign and Express contracts.

Quick Access for Contract Actions:

When you're viewing a contract summary page, Quick Access lets you quickly:

  • Add/Edit Tags: Add or edit tags for easy categorization.
  • Compare Versions: See how a contract has changed over time.
  • Upload Documents: Add supporting documents to a contract.
  • Share with Counterparties: Send a contract to a counterparty for review.
  • Download the Latest Version: Get the most up-to-date version of the contract.
  • Change Contract Type: Update the contract type (e.g., from "Draft" to "Negotiated").
  • View Tasks: See the tasks associated with a specific contract.
  • Edit a Contract: Make changes to the contract content.
  • Mark for Execution: Indicate that a contract is ready for signing.

Search for Contracts with Quick Access:

  1. Open Quick Access: Press Command + K or Ctrl + K.
  2. Enter Your Search Term: Type in the title, counterparty name, business user, tags, or any other relevant information to find the contract you need.
