Enter details manually: Type in the details. Only the email ID is mandatory as the users who receive the invite will be asked to enter the remaining details.
Copy and paste from an Excel sheet: Use the format defined here and ensure the following points are taken into consideration:
Don't select the column titles in your Excel sheet.
If a team doesn't exist in SpotDraft or you don't have access to a team listed in your Excel sheet, you'll get an error message. To resolve this, either create the team in SpotDraft or contact your administrators to request access.
Send the invites: Once you've added all the members, click "Send Invites."
Tip: You can also use the Quick Access shortcut (Cmd/Ctrl + K) and type "Invite users to workspace" to quickly reach the "Invite New Users" UI.
Note: You may occasionally encounter an error indicating that the domain of the user you are trying to invite is not whitelisted for the workspace.
In the error message, you will be able to view the list of domains that are currently whitelisted for your workspace. If the email domain of the user you are attempting to invite is not included in this list, please reach out to the SpotDraft Support team [Slack or help@spotdraft.com] with the required domain details so that we can assist with whitelisting it for your workspace.
