Bulk Inviting Users to SpotDraft

Inviting multiple users to SpotDraft is as simple as copy-pasting user details and sending the invite across.

Collaborating with your team on SpotDraft helps close contracts faster and ensure compliance.

You can invite your entire team to your workspace in one go. Here’s how you can do this:

 

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings → Access Control on your workspace.

Conversely, use Quick Access shortcut to reach the Add Member widget in one click. Simply type in Cmd/Ctrl + K and select ‘Invite users to workspace’ from any page.

Step 2:

Click on the ‘Add New Member’ button on the right side of your screen.

Step 3:

Click on ‘Add More Members’ at the bottom of the widget.

Step 4:

Enter member details, or simply copy-paste their details from an excel sheet in the format shown here.

Finally, click on ‘Send Invites’, and sit back.

Important note when copy-pasting member details from this sample format:

Do not select the column titles on the sheet.
👉🏻
Email addresses of users are mandatory fields, as invites will get delivered via email.
👉🏻
If you do not have access to a team on SpotDraft, or the team added in the excel sheet does not exist, you will receive an error notification. To counter this, you can create the team on SpotDraft if it doesn’t exist, or get access to the same from your Admins.
