Adding Tags to Contracts for Easy Identification

Discover the convenience of SpotDraft's tags for categorizing contracts with easy labels for efficient grouping and quick identification.

Tags serve as labels to categorize contracts, making them easily identifiable. They also function as search filters, enabling users to group contracts based on internal criteria and locate them in just a few clicks.

Here's how to add tags to your contracts:

Step 1:

Select the contract(s) you want to tag by hovering over the contract entry and clicking on the checkbox in the left corner.

Step 2:

To add tags, either click on the hamburger icon (three dots) at the end of the respective contract name row and select 'Add Tags', or click on the 'Tags' icon on the top row of the grid view.

The tags modal will appear with a drop-down list of all existing tags.

Step 3:

Choose an existing tag from the drop-down list or start typing the name of a new tag. You can also color-code new tags as you type. Press enter, and the tag will be created and applied to the selected contracts.

💡
Note: There is no limit to the number of tags you can create or apply to any selected contracts.
