Prerequisites - Before we set up conditional approvals on SpotDraft, you should have a ready-made workflow. You can create new workflows or edit existing Workflows from the Workflow Manager.
To set up conditional approvals on SpotDraft, follow these steps.
Add a New Conditional Approval
Once you have the prerequisite, follow these steps:
- Head to your Workflow Manager and select the workflow you want to edit.
- On the Workflow Page, click on Approvals.
- Select the appropriate choice from Pre-Send Approvals or Pre-Sign Approval per your requirements.
- Click on Click to set up to start the process.
- Click on + Add Approval.
- Enter the required details, and then click on Add Approval Condition.
- Approval Condition is how you set up conditional approvals on SpotDraft.
- The new menu will ask you to define your conditions, which will trigger once they are met.
- Click on Save, and your conditional approval is set.
