Where can Ad-Hoc Approvals be modified?

Here’s how to change approvals on SpotDraft

To change ad-hoc approvals for a contract, follow these steps:

• Select the contract for which you want to modify the approval flow.

• Click on View Contract as shown below.

• In the View Contract page, click on Approvals, as shown below.

 

• You might see previous ad-hoc approvals, or a blank slate here.

• You can create a new ad-hoc approval or edit the current one. Click on View Details to edit the desired ad-hoc approval.

 

• Here, you can now edit existing approval, add new approvals, and set the order of approvals per your requirements.
