Creating a Contract Using a Workflow with Multiple Questionnaires

Now that you've set up your workflow with multiple questionnaires, let's create a contract using it! SpotDraft will gather the information from the questionnaires and dynamically generate a final contract based on the template you uploaded. Let's walk through the steps to get this done:

Step 1: Creating a new contract

  1. Select the template: Click on “New” and select the template you wish to create a contract with. Please keep in mind that multiple questionnaires should have been set up for this template by your administrator.

Step 2: Filling in Party Information

  1. Party Information Tab: On the "Party Information" tab, you'll provide the details of your company and the counterparty.

Step 3: Assigning Collaborators to Questionnaires

  1. Assigning Collaborators Tab: Click the "Assigning Collaborators" tab.
  2. Team or User Selection: You'll see a list of teams or users. Select the team or user who needs to fill out the questionnaire for this specific contract.
  3. Next: After assigning collaborators, click "Next".
  4. Email Notification: SpotDraft will automatically send an email to the assigned team or user, inviting them to complete the questionnaire.

Step 4: Collaborators Fill Out Questionnaires

  1. Accessing the Questionnaire: When your assigned collaborators receive the email, they can click on the link to access the questionnaire.
  2. Answering Questions: The questionnaire will display the sections and questions you created in Part 1. They'll fill in the information and click "Submit"
  3. Contract Status: Once all the questionnaires are completed, the contract will be ready to be sent to the counterparty. You'll see the contract status update to reflect this.

You've now successfully created a contract using a workflow with multiple questionnaires!
