How to Sign a Contract Using SpotDraft Sign
Step-by-step process to sign contracts using SpotDraft's eSigning service, SpotDraft Sign
In this guide, we’ll see how you can sign a contract using SpotDraft Sign. Step 1:You receive an email to sign a contract using SpotDraft’s signing services. Now, what? To start signing, open the email and click on “SIGN AGREEMENT.”
Step 2: Once you're in the contract, navigate to the "Start Signing" button at the bottom of the page and click to start signing.
Step 3: Scroll down and locate the signature block assigned to you, or simply click on the arrow buttons to navigate between fields. Once you have located it, click on it.
Step 4: After the "Edit Signature" pop-up opens, you can choose how you want to add your signature. You can either type it, draw it using your finger, or upload it from your local system.
Step 5: Once you have added your signatures, simply click on "Confirm". Your signatures will automatically appear in the assigned field. Then, click on "Finish Signing" to finalize your signatures.
