Customizing Your Repository: Managing Columns

Want to see exactly the information you need in your SpotDraft repository? You can easily personalize your repository view by adding or removing columns to create a custom dashboard that works for you.

How to Manage Columns:

  1. Open the Manage Columns Menu: Click Manage Columns at the top right of the column headers in your SpotDraft repository grid. A total of 250 items can be included in the Manage column.
  2. Choose Columns: You'll see a list of available columns.

  • Add Columns: Click the "+" icon next to the column names you want to add to your view. You can add upto 250 columns in repository.
  • Remove Columns: Click the "-" icon next to the column names you want to remove from your view.
  • Pin Columns: Click the "Pin icon" next to the column names you want to pin as your first column of the grid.
  1. Save Your View: Once you've made your selections, your personalized view will be automatically updated.

Important Tips:

  • Personalized View: Your custom view is only visible to you. Other SpotDraft users will see the default view.
  • Views vs. Filters:
    • Views: Save and organize your personalized column settings. You can create upto 50 views as you need, making it easy to switch between different display options for specific tasks or projects. Additionally, a view name can have up to 250 characters.
    • Filters: Help you refine your search results by specific criteria (like contract type, counterparty, dates, etc.).
