Customizing Your Repository: Managing Columns

Want to see exactly the information you need in your SpotDraft repository? You can easily personalize your repository view by adding or removing columns to create a custom dashboard that works for you.

How to Manage Columns:

  1. Open the Manage Columns Menu: Click Manage Columns at the top right of the column headers in your SpotDraft repository grid.
  2. Choose Columns: You'll see a list of available columns.

  • Add Columns: Click the "+" icon next to the column names you want to add to your view.
  • Remove Columns: Click the "-" icon next to the column names you want to remove from your view.
  • Pin Columns: Click the "Pin icon" next to the column names you want to pin as your first column of the grid.
  •
  1. Save Your View: Once you've made your selections, your personalized view will be automatically updated.

Important Tips:

  • Personalized View: Your custom view is only visible to you. Other SpotDraft users will see the default view.
  • Views vs. Filters:
    • Views: Save and organize your personalized column settings. You can create as many views as you need, making it easy to switch between different display options for specific tasks or projects.
    • Filters: Help you refine your search results by specific criteria (like contract type, counterparty, dates, etc.).
