Tagging Contracts for Easy Identification

SpotDraft's tagging feature makes it incredibly easy to organize your contracts by adding labels that make them instantly identifiable. These tags act like powerful search filters, allowing you to quickly group contracts based on your internal criteria.

How to Add Tags:

  1. Select Contracts: Hover your mouse over the contracts you want to tag, then click the checkbox in the left corner of each contract row.
  2. Open the Tagging Menu: You can add tags in two ways:
    • From the Contract Row: Select the relevant contract and click the tag icon located in the top header.
    • From the Grid View: Click the "Tags" icon at the top of your repository grid.
  3. Choose Existing or Create New Tags: A pop-up window will appear with a list of existing tags.
    • Choose an Existing Tag: Select a tag from the dropdown list.
    • Create a New Tag: Start typing the name of your new tag. You can also color-code it as you type. Press Enter to create and apply the tag.
