Want to ensure every contract created within a specific workflow adheres to your company's legal and business standards? SpotDraft's VerifAI allows you to link your pre-built VerifAI Guides to workflows, automating contract review and ensuring compliance from the moment a contract is created. By linking a VerifAI Guide to a workflow, SpotDraft will automatically review contracts created using that workflow against the guidelines defined in the Guide. This automated process helps identify potential deviations and ensures consistency across all your contracts.

This article is intended for SpotDraft users involved in contract review and collaboration, such as legal and procurement teams, who have purchased the AI module.
Prerequisites:
Before linking a VerifAI Guide to a workflow, you must first create the Guide itself. For instructions on creating VerifAI Guides, please refer to Creating Guides in DraftMate.
Steps:
Here's how to link a VerifAI Guide to a workflow:

Navigate to the Workflow Manager:
- From the SpotDraft home screen, click on Manage in the left-hand menu.
- Then, select Workflow Manager.

Select the Workflow:
- In the Workflow Manager, you'll see a list of all your workflows.
- Click on the workflow you want to link a VerifAI Guide to. For example, you might select a workflow specifically designed for "MSA Vendor Contract Type" contracts.

Link a VerifAI Guide:
- Once inside the workflow, look for the VerifAI option in the left-hand menu.
- Click on VerifAI. You will then see a section called "Guides".
- Select a Guide for contract types linked to this workflow.

Publish the Workflow:
- After selecting the desired VerifAI Guide, click the Publish New Changes button in the top right corner of the screen.
- A confirmation window will appear. Click Yes, Publish Workflow to confirm.
Outcome:
Once the workflow is published, any new contract created using that workflow will automatically be reviewed by VerifAI, using the guidelines defined in the linked VerifAI Guide. SpotDraft will then highlight any deviations from those guidelines in the Contract Details page, allowing you to quickly identify and address potential issues.
