Click "Get Started" to begin creating your template.
Choose a Workflow to start editing.

Using Variables
Variables are placeholders that allow you to insert dynamic information into your template. This is especially useful for things like names, addresses, dates, or any other information that might change from one document to the next.
Click on the "Variable" icon on the right-hand side of the screen. This will open a menu where you can select the type of variable you want to insert.
Find the variable you wish to insert by searching in the list.
Highlight the text in your document where you want the variable to be placed.
Click "Insert."

Adding a Signature Block
Signature blocks are essential for any document requiring legal sign-off. DraftMate makes it simple to add professional-looking signature blocks to your templates.
Click on the "Signature Block" icon in the DraftMate menu.
Select the parties who will be signing the document
Select the fields you want to include in the signature block
Click "Insert" and DraftMate will automatically generate a signature block at the bottom of your document.

Key Points to Remember
You can always edit or customize your templates after inserting variables and signature blocks.
Save your template and use it to generate new documents quickly and easily!
